If your order does not fit your measurements when it arrives, you can make a change or a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. For this, the product must be in the original conditions, in its bag, unused and / or washed and with the labels on it.
What should I do to return or exchange my product?
To return or change a garment you must follow the same procedure.
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating if it is a change or a return with the following information:

You can send by mail or any courier service, as long as it is certified. Remember that BONHBCN does not take charge of the cost of this shipment.
In the case of making a change, the steps described above should be followed. Once the refund of the amount has been made, a new purchase with the desired product and size will have to be made.
How and when will I receive the amount of my refund?
Once we have received your email and we have verified that the article meets the prerequisites, we will proceed to make the refund of the amount. This will be refunded immediately by the same payment system that was used to make the purchase. Remember that the amount of the return does not include shipping costs.
